Ventura's Downtown Cultural District 10 blocks of historic downtown plus Ventura Avenue
ArtWalk Featured Artist Irena Jablonski "Reading in the Blue Robe".
Meander on a free, fun and eclectic self guided walking tour of over 60 studios, galleries, and funky and unique gallery-for-a day venues in Ventura's Downtown Cultural District.
View artist demonstrations and artwork of 150 emerging and established Ventura County artists including sculptors, glass workers, jewelers, photographers and painters.
Dance and listen to authentic local music just steps from the beach by 20 local stage and sidewalk musicians including reggae, folk, gypsy, jazz, blues, funk and ballet.
Meet and chat with ArtWalk Featured Artist Irena Jablonski at Buenaventura Gallery and take home a free, signed poster. 3-5 pm; 700 Santa Clara St.
Taste all types of free refreshments at ArtWalk venues; or try local cuisine at restaurants.

DECEMBER EVENTS IN VENTURA
Sun, Dec. 4. 11-4 pm 29th ANNUAL HOLIDAY STREET FAIR this year themed "Home for the Holidays" attracts up to 50,000 people and showcases 300 artisans, food booths, displays and seven entertainment stages. Children and adults can have their photo taken with Santa Claus at the Midtown Community Council booth <http://www.venturastreetfair.com>. Free.
ANNUAL PARADE OF LIGHTS
Dec. 16th and 17th 1-8 pm 29th
Parade of Lights is at 7PM, both Friday and Saturday. Other festivities will showcase what the Village does best - great food, unique shopping, plus free entertainment, and all the sparkle of the Holiday Season. Santa Arrival at 1pm by boat with a special surprise for all! Kids Harborland - Carnival rides, rock wall, ponies for the family to enjoy!. Immediately following the two-lap parade of lights is a fireworks grand finale!
