Myke Aaron and Rex Bruce, “I Feel Love”

The Los Angeles Center For Digital Art presents its inagural exhibition.
Artists: Myke Aaron, Rex Bruce
W A V E F O R M S : Summer(time)

In a collaboration between producer Myke Aaron and artist Rex Bruce waveforms generated from the music of pop diva Donna Summer are digitally manipulated and printed onto large canvases to create flashy abstractions. Graphic depictions of Donna's famous vocal hooks are processed to emphasize various aspects of time based audio data. The result is a fascinating and beautiful array of color, texture and form.

Los Angeles Center For Digital Art is dedicated to the propagation of all forms of digital art, supporting local, international, emerging and established artists. We have an ongoing schedule of exhibits and competitions, produce editions of wide format archival prints, and provide low cost education for individuals interested in learning software programs utilized for art and design.
